Aged for 12 months in oak, this Pinot Noir is darker and a bit more powerful than the 1998 version. This medium bodied wine is very versatile, as it can stand up to bold flavours while not being too big for lighter flavoured fare. Breast of chicken in a Dijon cream sauce with roasted rosemary potatoes were made for this wine.
