sweet white wine, estate grown and bottled
(wine number 03-853, Lot-No 5 117 050 023 04)
Deep golden color, with a viscous, oily texture. This wine enters the mouth almost like syrup, and proceeds to cover every surface with an extracted intensity that in unbelievable. Caramel and poached pears are noticeable, though the malange of deep flavours are rather difficult to describe. This TBA was harvested at an all-time record ripeness levels for this estate, at this pedigree is all to evident in the finished wine. This wine demands to be tasted all by itself, but if you must accompany it with food, choose a piece of very rich, expensive chocolate and sit back and enjoy.
